It's using software to run repetitive, rule-based tasks, such as data entry, notifications and handoffs between tools, without manual effort, so your team spends time on the work that actually needs a person.

It depends on scope. We usually start with one small, high-value process and grow from there, and we scope a fixed price after a free discovery call, so there are no surprises.

Common starting points are invoicing and quotes, client onboarding, syncing data between systems, email triage and appointment booking. On a discovery call we map where the manual work is and start with the highest-value piece.

Automation runs fixed, rule-based steps. AI handles judgement-based work, like reading an email, classifying it, or drafting a reply. Most real systems combine both.

Yes. Most of our work is delivered remotely, so location isn't a barrier to working together.

We stay on as your partner. If a system needs fixing or improving, that's on us to resolve, not you.
