    I actually prefer to partner with you and work with your business long term. That way, I get to know your business better and can provide the best service for your particular needs.

  • Once we kick off an engagement, we would generally stick to the following process:

    • Scoping session - to nut out exactly what it is we are trying to achieve, delve deeper into your processes.

    • Proposal - I’d go away and map out what needs to be done and how long it’s likely to take and a breakdown of the cost.

    • Development - once we are on the same page and you accepted the proposal, we will kick into the development / delivery of the project, with weekly check-ins to track progress.

    • Handover / training - we will make sure that everyone is up to speed on what the new system is and how to best use it.

    • Ongoing maintenance (optional) - if you prefer, we can agree to ongoing maintenance and support.

  • If it is a well defined project, I usually give a quote for a fixed price.

    It will be dependent on the complexity and length of the project.

    If the scope is less clear or you opt for an hourly consulting option, this starts at $100 per hour.
